  • Provide monthly status reports on all properties 
  • Provide monthly and year-end summary reports on sold properties
  • Monthly expenditure reporting

Property Management

  • Supervise repairs and maintenance
  • Visit property 3 times weekly to assess security & condition
  • Timely payment of property expenses (optional)

Negotiation and Closing

  • Counter, reject or accept offers within approved limits
  • Coordinate closing process
  • Make sure all paperwork and municipal compliance is handled on a timely basis 
  • Attend closing and handle any last minute problems
