2 homes under contract!

It is a slow market, but things ARE moving along. 2 homes have just gone under contract, one in Poet's Peak and the other in Hunter's Ridge. 1 Rawlings Ct in Poet's Peak went under contract on 9/29. 3 Driftway Ct in Hunter's Ridge also went under contract on 9/29. I will post the prices on the blog as soon as they close.
