Poet's Peak / Meredith Farms update
March 20th, 2008 11:56 AM

There are presently 12 homes on the market in Poets Peak / Meredith Farms. 1 is in contract, and another just went into attorney review, leaving 10 available for purchase. 9 are in the MLS system, one is apparent listed with an agency located in Hudson County, but I could not find it online (2 Frost Ct).

6 Cooper Dr is under contract. It was listed for $525,000 and was on the market for 49 days. 12 Stowe Ct is in attorney review. It was listed for $529,900 and was on the market for 30 days. Both of these homes were Aria models. 6 Cooper had an unfinished basement and 12 Stowe had a finished basement.

Of the remaining homes, 3 are listed in the mid 500's, 3 in the upper 500's, and 3 are listed in the 600's.
