The original list price was $679,000, so the sale-to-list-price ratio was 75%. This was a classic case of listing too high and following the market down, rather than listing correctly right from the start. If it had been listed at $589,000 or so, it would have probably sold for $570,000 instead of $510,000, and the sellers would not have had to endure being on the market for such a long time.
